Overview
The big three of Italy are combined in one tour on the Italian
Espresso and as the name suggests, it's a short, strong hit of all things Italian! Journey to the floating city
of Venice to shop for Italian designer fashion and walk the tiny streets, Renaissance Florence for traditional
Tuscan hospitality as well as art and architecture, and then return to Rome to walk in the footsteps of the
Roman Emperors. Follow the tradition and throw your 3 coins in the Trevi Fountain...and you could be falling in
love with Italy all over again!
Itinerary Day 1 Depart for Europe Your exciting European trip begins. Day 2 Arrive Rome After making your way to the hotel in Rome, your day is free is explore this ancient city. Tonight, meet your Tour Manager and get to know your fellow travellers over dinner. (D) Day 3 Rome Today we head north over the Apennine mountains and into the Veneto region for our two night stop on the mainland close to Venice. En-route we pass magical hilltop villages, the rolling hills of Tuscany and the city of Bologna - home of Spaghetti Bolognese. (B,D) Day 4 Rome to Florence
Our morning drive leads us to Florence, the Renaissance city set in
the beautiful Tuscan Hills. Learn about the Duomo, Giotto’s Bell-Tower, Piazza della Signoria and Santa
Croce as our local guide walks us through the city. Free time to shop or visit one of the famous museums.

Day 5
Florence
Get inspired at the famous Uffizi Gallery and see paintings from the masters like Da Vinci and Raphael. Wander along the pretty Ponte Vecchio for some boutique shopping or rummage through the city’s local markets. Tonight, there’s a optional group dinner - an authentic Tuscan feast. Try regional dishes in the pretty Tuscan country setting and kick back Tuscan style with a glass of Chianti wine. Day 6 Florence Today, we get out into the fantastic Tuscan countryside, known for its iconic cypress trees and delicious olive oil. Spend the morning in San Gimignano, the stunning hill-top town that is often dubbed “medieval manhattan”. Then, we stop off for our included wine tasting. In an historic villa, the group will see a working winery, complete with its old cellar and vats. Here you can learn more about the region’s wines as you taste a glass or two of the local wine. 7 Florence to
Venice
A short drive to Pisa to see the Leaning Tower before we travel to our hotel near the fairytale city of Venice. Hotel.(B,D) Day 8 Venice
There’s time on the coach to chill out, listen to music and chat to
your friends as we wind through Italy’s rustic countryside to Pisa, where we stop off to see the Leaning
Tower. Then it’s on through the Apennine Mountains to Venice. Hotel (B) (D)
Day 9 Depart Venice/ Rome Time to say farewell to your new-found friends as you tour ends after breakfast in Venice, or you can join us for a free transfer to Rome where your tour will end upon arrival at approximately 7:00pm. (B) Dates & Prices
