1 and 2 Depart to
Australia Fly over the international date line on your way to
Australia
Day 3 Arrive
Darwin Check into the Quality Frontier Darwin & spend the rest of the day exploring Darwin.

Day 4 Darwin Meet up
with your fellow travellers and crew before heading out to stunning Litchfield National Park. On the way, we stop
by the termite mounds, a local natural curiosity. These mounds are up to 4 metres high and are literally magnetic –
your Tour Manager will fill you in on the details. Later we return to Darwin. Hotel

5 Darwin to Kakadu National Park Today you’ll
discover the amazing history of Darwin with a visit to the Northern Territory Museum and a driving tour of the
city, before heading out to the world famous Kakadu National Park.

Day 6 Kakadu National
Park Rise early and you have the chance to see the wonders of Kakadu from the air. This
scenic flight will leave you breathless and it’s not the altitude. You really will understand why this is a
world heritage region. Then on to Nourlangie Rock, famous for its Aboriginal art. View the wetlands and spend
the afternoon on a wildlife cruise. Hotel -Breakfast

7 Kakadu National Park to Katherine You will be able
to appreciate the vast changes in scenery today as we head south out of Kakadu. We’ll stop for a swim at either
Gunlom or Edith Falls. Then get ready to experience the enormity of Nitmiluk National Park and the Katherine River
Gorge system with an optional gorge cruise, bush walk or canoe trip. Hotel -Breakfast

8 Katherine to Tennant Creek
Enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystal waters of Mataranka Thermal Pools or take a look at the Elsey Homestead.
Onwards to one of the Territory’s oldest watering holes for lunch before arriving in the true outback town of
Tennant Creek. Hotel - Breakfast - Dinner

9 Tennant Creek to Alice Springs As we leave the
site of Australia’s last gold rush, we’re on to the Devils Marbles. This afternoon we arrive in Alice Springs for a
visit to the Alice Springs Desert Park. Hotel -Breakfast -Dinner

10 Alice Springs to King Creek Station Jump start
the day by learning about surviving in the bush with our included Aboriginal Bush Tucker tour. Our expert
Aboriginal Guide will fill you in on the dos and don’ts of life in the bush and you’ll even get to taste insects
and plants if you’re adventurous. Outback bush camp (B,D)

11 King Creek Station to Uluru
After packing up camp, we hike through Kings Canyon. After packing up camp, we hike through Kings Canyon. Your Tour
Manager will tell you all about the incredible rock formations and show off this scenic landscape. Navigate your
way through the “Lost City” (a series of giant sandstone domes) and hike to the “Garden of Eden” – a gorge packed
with palm trees and a shaded water hole. Lodge (B)

12 Uluru Get familiar with Uluru when your Tour
Manager takes you around its base and gives you the background of the spiritual significance of this site for

13 Uluru to Alice Springs
It’s an easy-going start to the day today. Your Tour Manager will cook up a storm for breakfast, so load up on
bacon and eggs. We swing by a traditional Australian roadhouse and then pull back into Alice Springs. Hotel (B)
Day 14 Alice Springs to
Cairns This morning we have sightseeing of Alice Springs, taking in
ANZAC Hill and seeing the Old Alice Springs Telegraph Station. Later you’ll board your
flight to Cairns to begin your East Coast adventure. Resort

16 Cairns
Wake up to the warm waters of Cairns. For those who are keen for a fun and thrilling ride on the rapids of the
Tully River, join our optional white-water rafting adventure activity with our professional Local Guides.

17 to 19 Cairns to the Whitsundays for Sailing
Option Today we drive to Airlie Beach, gateway to the Whitsundays, to board our sailing
yacht. Enjoy two days and nights sailing the stunning Whitsunday islands. Swim, snorkel, or laze your way around
this tropical paradise, on board a sailing yacht. Your third night in the Whitsundays will be spent relaxing and

Day 20 The Whitsundays to Farmstay After a ferry
back to the mainland, plug in you MP3 or chat with friends as we drive through scenic Mackay, with countryside full
of vibrant green vegetation and sugar cane plantations. Continue down the Capricorn Coast and head inland to an
authentic country homestead, right in the heart of Queensland’s cattle country, for our overnight stay. Country

21 Farmstay to Fraser Island We drive back out to
the coast this morning after breakfast and jump on board a ferry. Enjoy the cruise out to famous Fraser Island,
where we’ll stay at an eco-lodge for our time here. Each cabin has its own kitchenette and living room, as well as
a balcony – perfect for hanging out & watching the sunset. Eco Lodge (B,D)

22 Fraser Island to Noosa
Experience a slice of paradise on Fraser Island this morning. This UNESCO World Heritage listed site is the largest
sand island in the world and is 800,000 years old. Packed with around 40 fresh-water lakes, lush rainforests and
diverse wildlife, Fraser Island lives up to its amazing reputation. Resort (B,D)
Day 23 Noosa to Surfers
Paradise There’s time to explore Noosa this morning so take a stroll through the shops or sunbathe and swim
at the beach before we make our way south. We also stop off in Brisbane today. You’ll get a feel for the capital of
Queensland’s laid-back atmosphere when we have a look around town. Resort

Paradise
With a free day, hang out among the bronzed bodies and surfers on the golden sands. Our hotel is only a short walk
from the beach. For adrenaline-junkies, there’s an optional tandem skydive, where you can get your thrills and an
amazing bird’s eye view over the area. Otherwise, try out some kayaking or even a Harley Davidson ride – your Tour

25 Surfers Paradiseto Byron Bay This morning, we visit the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, where
you’ll get up close to Australia’s amazing native animals. Cuddle a koala, feed the kangaroos and see wombats,
emus, crocodiles, dingoes, Tasmanian devils and colourful birds. You can feel good about doing this too, as our
visits to this not-for-profit organisation go towards the sanctuary’s animal hospital and help over 4000 injured

26 Byron Bay to Coffs Harbour This afternoon
it’s time for an awesome Aussie experience - hit the waves & learn to surf with some professional instructors
as you have a go at Australia’s national sport! It’s a fun way to learn how to surf as our professional local
instructors show you just how it’s done. Our cabins are right on the beach, so soak up the surf vibes and relax by

Day 27 Coffs Harbour to
Sydney
This morning, chill out on the coach and chat with your travel buddies as we head south. We pass the iconic Big
Banana in Coffs Harbour, before heading to Port Macquarie for lunch. Relax & spend a last few hours with your
travel buddies… it’s a chilled out day before reaching Sydney. From the high-energy downtown area to its popular
beaches, Sydney has something for everyone. Get familiar with the city on a sightseeing tour with your Tour
