Spain BarcelonaVacation Day 1: Barcelona, Spain
Land at the Barcelona airport and take the provided shuttle to the group's hotel, located right in the very heart of Las Ramblas. Throughout history, theaters, music cafes and flamenco bars have opened up in this area. It brings together the bustling and cosmopolitan culture, leisure, traditional gastronomy, popular places and all types of shops.
Tonight meet and greet with your tour leader and your fellow single travelers then walk to a local restaurant for an optional dinner.


Vacation Day 2: Barcelona

Spain Barcelona Gothic areaDiscover the ancient, medieval and modern sights of Barcelona on our full day guided tour of this marvelous city. Stroll along the district's streets, squares and old buildings, learn about the quarter's history and people. Our morning will start will with a tour of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter, the center of the old town. Alongside the medieval buildings are remains of an ancient Roman city, and the Temple d'August, the best preserved Roman relic in Barcelona. One of the main attractions, right in the heart of the district is the huge Cathedral, Santa Spain Making PaellaMaria del Mar. This Gothic church was built in the 14th Century in only 55 years. Then we board our bus for a panoramic tour of the city. Enjoy spectacular views over Barcelona including the Waterfront, with the Old Port and Montjuic Hill where we will see the Olympic Ring.
Then it is time to hit the local market with our private Spanish chef. It is all about Paella and Sangria. Enjoy hands on cooking of the famous Spanish dish, paella and learn how to make the fruity Sangria. Then we get to eat and drink what we made.

Vacation Day 3: Barcelona
Spain Oracion Sagrada FamiliaAfter breakfast we will hop on the hop-on hop-off bus and travel to the Sagrada Família, Antoni Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece and Barcelona's most popular attraction. Visit the crypt were Gaudí is buried and central nave with its giant, tree-like pillars and spectacular vaulting. We can also visit the towers. An elevator and a long walk leads us to the top of a tower where a magnificent view over Barcelona awaits.
After our tour of the Sagrada Família your afternoon is at leisure. Use the hop-on bus to finish your day in Barcelona.


Vacation Day 4: Train to Madrid - afternoon tour of Madrid
Spain TelefericoOur final train ride takes us to Madrid, once an Arabian Fortress, now a thriving cultural center bursting with monuments, galleries and museums. Upon arrival at the Madrid Atocha Train Station we take a short walk to our hotel for check-in. Our vacation continues with a guided panoramic tour of Madrid through its many historic neighborhoods, down medieval streets, across majestic squares and through 1200 years of history. We'll take the Cable Car to see Madrid from a different view, overflying parks, streets Spain Mercado de San Migueland monuments. Appearing on one side is historical Madrid and on the other side Modern Madrid, with skyscrapers and the Four Towers.
We will stop at Plaza Mayor, the center of festivities, bull fights, royal coronations and executions. Then we will stop at the Mercado de San Miguel, the last iron market hall in Madrid. as there are a number of cafés and mini-restaurants that offer specialty food, from tapas to foreign food, it will be a perfect place to eat.



Vacation Day 5: Full day tour of Madrid
Spain MadridOn our guided morning tour, see Madrid the way it should be seen by walking from the heart of the city through both twisted medieval streets and down grand boulevards. Visit the Royal Palace of Madrid, including the magnificent Plaza de Armas, the main staircase, the Throne Room, the Gasparini Hall and the Royal Chapel. The rooms are filled with beautiful examples of decorative art and furniture.


Vacation Day 6: Train to Cordoba - tour Cordoba
Spain Cordoba MosqueA short morning train ride takes us to a thousand-year-old city, Cordoba, a living legacy of different cultures that settled there throughout its history. From the Carthaginians to the Romans and 10th century Arabs, Cordoba achieved world renown as a center of learning, governance and culture. The historic quarter of Cordoba, once home to the Jewish community consists of a beautiful network of small streets and squares all arranged around the city’s impressive Mesquita, one of the largest mosques in the world. Our local guide will show us the incredible Great Mosque and the Spain Cordoba Horse Showruins of Medina Azahara. Other sites we will see include El Puente Romano, the Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos, with its remarkable Arabian baths and Roman mosaics, and an ancient Jewish synagogue, one of the few synagogues left in Spain today.

Tonight we enjoy a Cordoba special show, the unique Passion and "Duende" Equestrian show is the historic 15th century Royal Stables, which reveals the beauty, intelligence and nobleness of the native Andalusian Horse, as well as the skill of the riders.



Vacation Day 7: Tour of Seville -- Flamenco show
Spain Seville FlamencoSeville, where Flamenco dancing originates an its rich tradition continues today in the city's 'tablaos'. It is 620 miles to Seville, so sit back and enjoy the leisurely high-speed train ride and beautiful countryside as we speed towards our next destination. Time to relax after we transfer to our hotel, before tonight's entertainment and dinner at the Tablao Flamenco El Palacio Andaluz Restaurant. The sound of the guitarists frantically plucking their guitars, the rhythmic clapping and the sound of pounding heels on stage will fully grab your attention as do the colorful swirling flamenco dresses and the beautiful dancers who wear them. Palacio Andaluz has a large cast of flamenco dancers, musicians, singers and clappers and many of them are award-winning artists in the flamenco world. During the show, the dancers will perform many different styles of flamenco, from the bulerias to the soleares, fandangos, sevillanas and more.


Spain SevillePut on your walking shoes for our morning guided tour of Seville. Enter the Maestanza Bullring, built in 1761, a landmark in Spanish bullfighting, Visit the Alcázar of Seville, a royal palace built by Moorish Muslim kings and  renowned as one of the most beautiful in Spain. The upper levels of the Alcázar are still used by the royal family as the official Seville residence. We will climb the ramp to the top of Giralda Tower for spectacular views of Seville Cathedral and visit Seville Cathedral, the world’s largest Gothic Cathedral.
Time to relax as we cruise along the Guadalquivir River. The former capital of Spain hugs the east bank of the river and a cruise offers wonderful views of  Seville's wonderful landmarks. From our vantage point on the Guadalquivir view the magnificent Tower of Gold, Maestranza Bullring and the Saint Telmo Palace. After our cruise the rest of the day is at leisure.


Vacation Day 8: Drive to Lisbon - afternoon tour

Jeronimos MonasteryToday we discover Lisbon on our full day guided city tour. Explore Lisbon’s oldest neighborhoods as we drive through crooked cobblestone streets lined with quaint cafes and learn how Lisbon grew from a fishing village into a cosmopolitan city during the Age of Discoveries. Pause to admire the Lisbon church’s intricate stained glass rose window, reconstructed with fragments from the original. See the 16th-century Jeronimo’s Monastery (UNESCO), a grand religious building historically associated with the early sailor explorers and the Monument to the Discoveries built on the north bank of the Tagus River in 1960 to commemorate the 500th anniversary of the death of Prince Henry the Navigator. 
Belem TowerView the impressive Belem Tower, a small fort that was constructed in the center of the Tejo Estuary to guard Lisbon from seafaring raiders. For such a trivial role the fort was lavished with beautiful and intricate details that include North African Moorish styled watchtowers, shield shaped battlements and the first European stone carving of a Rhinoceros.
Visit São Jorge Castle (Saint George Castle), a Moorish castle occupying a commanding hilltop overlooking the historic center and Tagus River. The strongly fortified citadel dates from the medieval period of Portuguese history, and is one of the main tourist sites of Lisbon.
Time for a tasting at an old patisserie that has managed to hold on to the secret recipe of Portugal’s finest pastry for over 100 years and enjoy a demonstration and tasting of the famous ‘pastéis de Belem’. 
Tonight we enjoy our Welcome Dinner at a local Portuguese restaurant. 


Vacation Day 9: Full day lisbon tour

Today we continue to explore Lisbon using our Lisboa Card. We can take a trip through history with a visit to the sensational Jeronimos Monastery and Belem Tower, two monuments dating from the time of Vasco da Gama, Magellan, and all the other great Portuguese explorers. Let's find out why the fascinating Coaches Museum is one of Lisbon's most popular attractions, and if you are an art lover don't miss seeing the masterpieces inside the Gulbenkian Museum.

Getting around Lisbon is part of the fun, as the charming clanking old trams are still the best way to reach the top of the steepest hills. We can take tram number 28 that passes through the oldest quarters, the colorful funiculars are a fun way to reach Bairro Alto. Best of all is reaching the top of Santa Justa Elevator and finding Lisbon standing below.


Vacation Day 10: Sintra day tour - Farewell dinner

Spain to Portugal pena national palaceSintra is an extraordinary place with a surreal mixture of history and fantasy, protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Today we take the local train to visit it's fairytale palaces, incredible vistas, and notable museum collections.The Romans made Sintra a place of cult moon worshiping, then the Moors built a hilltop castle, a palace, and several fountains around the town. Later it became the summer residence of the Portuguese royal family and attracted a number of wealthy aristocrats who built huge mansions and villas. We will visit the National Palace located in the main square and dating from the 14th century and the most famous building in Sintra, the Pena Palace.

Tonight enjoy a local folklore show as we have our Farewell Dinner together.

Vacation Day 11: go home
After a final breakfast we have to say "adeus" to all our new single travel friends as we are transferred to the airport and our flights home.

At first glance, this diamond-shaped island just off the coast of Malaysia gleams with modernism and commercialism, making it seem more Western than Eastern. But as you continue to discover the city-state, you'll uncover the eclectic mix of cultures, religions, ancient treasures and British colonial impressions that give rise to a unique Singaporean identity. The cultural fusion is perhaps best expressed in Singapore's unofficial language, Singlish, a unique patois of English, Chinese and Malay.

Cruise Day 2: Singapore  (Monday: December 7, 2020 / 4:00pm)

Included Shore Excursion: Singapore In A Day - Explore the city by driving round the Civic District, Little India Singaporepast the Padang, Singapore Cricket Club, historic Parliament House and the National Gallery, consisting of two national monuments – the former Supreme Court Building and the City Hall. Next we stop at Merlion Park to enjoy the impressive views of Marina Bay and take this opportunity to photo,The Merlion, a mythological creature that is part lion and part fish. Visit Thian Hock Keng Temple, one of Singapore’s oldest Buddhist-Taoist temples, before driving past Chinatown. Walk through the National Orchid Garden which boasts a sprawling display of 60,000 orchid plants. Let your senses come alive in Little India as we walk past shops offering a variety of exotic fruits, spices, jasmine and orchid garlands.


Cruise Day 3: Day At Sea  (Tuesday: December 8, 2020)

This afternoon is Paint Your Tote time.  If you can color then you will love painting a tote bag. So sit back and let your artistic juices start flowing.  And yes you get to keep the bag so get as creative as you like. 


 Cruise Day 4: Ho Chi Minh (Phu My), Vietnam (Wednesday: December 9, 2020 / 7:00am - 5:00pm)
Vietnam HoChiMinh CityHall2Ho Chi Minh City (commonly known as Saigon) is a city in southern Vietnam famous for the pivotal role it played in the Vietnam War. It's also known for its French colonial landmarks, including Notre-Dame Cathedral, made entirely of materials imported from France, and the 19th-century Central Post Office. Food stalls line the city’s streets, especially around bustling Bến Thành Market.
Included Shore Excursion: Mekong Delta and City Overview - The Mekong Delta is a vast maze of Vietnam Mekong Boats2rivers, swamps and islands, home to floating markets, Khmer pagodas and villages surrounded by rice paddies and boats are the main means of transportation. Visit the heart of Vietnam’s agricultural south, and the country’s largest site for rice fields, coconut palms, fruit orchards and sugarcane groves. Children riding on the backs of water buffaloes and farmers tending to endless rice paddies fields are the backdrop of our journey here. We travel to the Delta to take a boat ride on the Mekong river to Unicorn Island, where almost all the tropical fruits of southern Vietnam can be found and tasted.

Cruise Day 5: Nha Trang, Vietnam (Thursday: December 10, 2020 / 9:00am - 6:00pm)
nha trangNha Trang is a coastal resort city in southern Vietnam known for its beaches, diving sites and offshore islands. Its main beach is a long, curving stretch along Tran Phu Street backed by a promenade, hotels and seafood restaurants. Aerial cable cars cross over to Hòn Tre Island, and the nature reserves of Hòn Mun and Hòn Tằm islands, reachable by boat, have coral reefs.
Included Shore Excursion: City Tour and Mad Bath - Explore Nha Trang City and visit the French colonial Christ the King Cathedral and see the impressive Cham temple of Po Nagar. Upon reaching Mud Baththe mud bath center and changing clothes, we will be instructed on how to clean the body with hot water, followed by a main stage with a mud bath. Lying in pools of mud, apply on the face, bouncing up and body hair. Soaking in the mud about 15 minutes, we will be directed to sunbathe so the minerals will be absorbed by the skin. Then rinse with clean water and soak in the hot mineral water pool, waterfall or pool. To achieve high efficiency mud bath, do not shower with cold water or soap which will wash away layers of mud minerals remaining on the skin, reducing the effectiveness. After each soaking the whole body should dry and rest 10-20 minutes.

Cruise Day 7: Hue/Danang (Chan May), Vietnam (Saturday: December 12, 2020 / 7:00am - 6:00pm)
Hue VietnamHue, a city in central Vietnam, was the seat of Nguyen Dynasty emperors and the national capital from 1802 to 1945. A major attraction is its vast, 19th-century Citadel, surrounded by a moat and thick stone walls. It encompasses the Imperial City, with palaces and shrines; the Forbidden Purple City, once the emperor’s home; and a replica of the Royal Theater.
Included Shore Excursion - Hue Citadel Tour and More - In the morning we will visit the Imperial Citadel, a massive open-air museum with hundreds of temples, pagodas, palaces and tombs, and the Khai Dinh Mausoleum. We will stop at the Dong Ba market, with nine buildings ranging from seafood to clothes. After lunch we  enjoy a short boat trip on the Perfume River with stopover at Thien Mu Pagoda, its pagoda has seven stories and is the tallest religious building in Vietnam.

Sleep late, have breakfast in bed, jog around the ship, so many activities. Enjoy all the amenities of our cruise ship today as there are no singles activities planned. Listen to a cruise seminar, maybe learn how to make fruit or towel animals. The choice is yours!


Cruise Day 9: Day At Sea  (Monday: December 14, 2020)
Filipino LanguageAfter all the fun we've had onboard and before we begin our Philippine shore excursions join the singles Next Cruise Talk. Find about all our future single cruises on Norwegian and hear how to get onboard credit to use on this cruise or double your deposit for future cruises.
As we head into a new country it is time to get acquainted with the local lingo. Let's learn a few Filipino phrases and enjoy some Filipino snacks this afternoon.


Cruise Day 10: Puerto Princesa, Philippines  (Tuesday: December 15, 2020 / 7:00am - 4:00pm)
underground river Puerto PrincesaPuerto Princesa is a coastal city on Palawan Island in the western Philippines. It's a base for boat trips through the massive limestone caves and underground river of the biodiverse Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park. Dive sites are dotted around Puerto Princesa Bay, home to long-nosed dolphins, turtles and rays. Close to the port is the 19th-century Immaculate Concepcion Cathedral.
Included Shore Excursion: Underground River Tour with Lunch - There are few places in the Philippines that are as unforgettable and iconic as the natural wonders that can be found in the Underground River, just named a New Seven Wonders of the World. We will drive to Sabang Wharf and board our boat to the Underground River National Park, a haven for local wildlife and famous for birdwatching. The place is home to monitor lizards, monkeys, snakes, and other form of wildlife, some can only be found in Palawan.

For about 45 minutes, we will be able to explore this deep, cavernous river, and see the famous rock formations. Listen to your audio commentary or get insider knowledge from our boatman as he points out numerous fascinating features within the cave by torchlight. From stalagmites and stalactites shaped as vegetables, dinosaurs, Jesus and more, to the thousands of swallows and bats that swoop about the tunnels, you're sure to be in awe throughout the trip. 


Cruise Day 11: Boracay, Philippines  (Wednesday: December 16, 2020 / 8:00am - 5:00pm)
Boracay Island PhilippinesBoracay is a small island in the central Philippines. It's known for its resorts and beaches. Along the west coast, White Beach is backed by palm trees, bars and restaurants. On the east coast, strong winds make Bulabog Beach a hub for water sports. Nearby, the observation deck on Mount Luho offers panoramic views over the island. Offshore, coral reefs and shipwrecks are home to diverse marine life.
Included Shore Excursion: Island Hopping with Lunch - Explore the untouched beaches, Boracay Snorkelingclear waters and colorful sea creatures of Boracay on our private island hopping tour. Enjoy the tranquility of the ocean and the breathtaking scenery on our boat trip. When the boat stops at various scenic points throughout the day, take a dip in the ocean or snorkel to your heart's content amid schools of tropical fish. Along the way enjoy a delicious buffet lunch on-board, or relax on deck and soak up the views.


Manila PhilippinesCruise Day 12: Manila, Philippines  (Thursday: December 17, 2020 / 8:00am - 5:00pm)
Manila, the capital of the Philippines, is a densely populated bayside city on the island of Luzon, which mixes Spanish colonial architecture with modern skyscrapers. Intramuros, a walled city in colonial times, is the heart of Old Manila. It’s home to the baroque 16th-century San Agustin Church as well as Fort Santiago, a storied citadel and former military prison.
Included Shore Excursion: Manila Highlights Tour - Today we visit many of Manila’s interesting destinations and experience its unique culture and food. Enjoy a quick tour at ASEANA City, a master-planned community in Metro Manila then we stop to visit the Museum of Natural History. A short walk takes us to the Rizal Martyrdom site to experience a short Jeepney ride to visit Quiapo Church one of the old & famous churches in Manila. Then we continue to the Chinese Cemetery before we stop at the Jeepney RideLechon Capital of Manila (roasted pig) or try the famous Manila dessert “Halo-Halo”.
Time for shopping at the famous Balikbayan Handicraft & Souvenir Shop before we drive back to the ship. Balikbayan revels in its Pearl and Coral jewelry collection on top of its intricately-designed Jusi and Piña table covers and runners as well as handy souvenir and novelty items. The extensive product lines utilizes indigenous materials, namely: wood, shells, fiber, paper, bamboo, vines, resin, leaves, metal, and clay, among others from the different Philippines regions.


Cruise Day 13: Day At Sea (Friday: December 18, 2020)
braceletsOur final day at sea is also time for our second Jewelry Making session. Finish up the project you started or start a new piece of jewelry; create matching earrings and necklace to the bracelet you made. 
After 11 days together let's see how well you know your fellow cruisers. This afternoon we will play the game Been There - Done That. Let's see if you can guess correctly the number of people who have been there or done that.


Cruise Day 14: Hong Kong, China  (Saturday: December 19, 2020 / 10:00am)
Hong Kong NeonNeon signs galore, dim sum, and amazing temples are a few of the favorite experiences in Hong Kong. Take in as much as you can of this thrilling city with its endless shopping and towering skyscrapers. Your agenda for Hong Kong should include Victoria Peak, an Aberdeen Fishing Village, the Man Mo Temple and Sheung Wan Dried Food and Herbal Market. Be certain to have extra room in your suitcase for the bargains you are bound to discover.
Included Shore Excursion: Hong Kong In A Day - Never been to Hong Kong then this is the tour for Victoria Peakyou...Visit Stanley Market, a famed bargain-hunter paradise and Aberdeen fishing village where you may take an optional sampan ride for a closer glimpse of the lives of the fisherman. Take a funicular ride up to Victoria Peak for a panoramic view of the stunning city skyline and Victoria harbor. Enjoy a dim sum lunch at a Hong Kong street scene themed restaurant followed with a visit at the Mei Ho House. Built in 1954, it is the only remaining public housing building still standing and contains the Heritage of Mei Ho House museum, showcasing Shek Kip Mei’s public housing history through the 1950s to 1970s.


Cruise Day 15: Hong Kong, China  (Sunday: December 20, 2020 /DISEMBARK)
Hong Kong is an autonomous territory, and former British colony, in southeastern China. Its vibrant, densely populated urban center is a major port and global financial hub with a skyscraper-studded skyline. Central, the business district, features architectural landmarks. Hong Kong is also a major shopping destination, famed for bespoke tailors and Temple Street Night Market
