Cooking Vacation Itinerary: 
Saturday

Benvenuti! Welcome to Bologna! Our Flavours transfer will meet you at Bologna Airport upon arrival. Once you arrive at the villa, you can meet your host and enjoy welcome drinks followed by dinner prepared by our local chef.

Sunday

After breakfast you will have your first hands-on cookery lesson with the chef, followed by lunch. You are free in the afternoon to relax as you wish at the beautiful villa. Dinner tonight is served at the villa.

Monday

This morning is your second cooking lesson with the chef, followed by lunch. In the afternoon enjoy a wine tasting at a local winery. Later this afternoon you will return to the villa for dinner.

Tuesday

Following breakfast, we will visit Bologna. Here you will have the day at your leisure to wander around this stunning city and explore the famous food market. Lunch will be at a local trattoria. Later this afternoon, you will have another cookery course with our chef, followed by dinner at the villa.

Wednesday

After breakfast you will have your third cookery lesson with the chef, enjoying the results for lunch. Later this afternoon you’ll have time to relax before dinner at the villa.

Thursday

After breakfast you will have another hands on cookery lesson with the chef, followed by lunch. Later this afternoon we will visit Ravenna. Here we will spend sometime sightseeing before dinner at a local restaurant.

Friday

After breakfast you will have another hands-on cookery lesson with the chef, followed by lunch. Later this afternoon we will visit Ravenna. Here we will spend some time sightseeing before dinner at a local restaurant.

Saturday

After breakfast, you will have some time to pack before our transfer will collect you and take you back to Bologna Airport for your flight home. Arrivederci!

  • Deposit
  • A non-refundable $750 deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is due 60 days before departure.

Cancellation and Change Vacation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to us by the person who the booking. Any notice will become effective from the date of receipt by us of the notice. Up to 10 weeks prior to departure, full deposit and any additional costs (private transfers etc), paid before that point will be withheld. ii) Within 10 weeks of departure 100% of the full vacation cost and any additional costs paid will be forfeited.
